1. Introduction

By using Redemptor you accept these terms. Redemptor acts as a neutral marketplace between Clients and professionals.

2. Payments and Invoicing

We work with certified providers such as Stripe and PayPal to process secure transactions.

• Currency: transactions are in Euro unless otherwise specified.
• Invoicing: tax-valid invoices are issued, including e-invoices where required.

3. Payment Flow

Payments are handled through certified providers and linked to projects. Status updates are tracked in platform.

4. Refund and Dispute Policy

In case of disagreement, an internal dispute and arbitration process is available.

• Disputes: clients can open a dispute within 14 days from delivery.
• Arbitration: our team reviews evidence from both parties.
• Refunds: managed according to arbitration outcome and provider policy.
• Direct chargeback without internal process may lead to account suspension.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, full payment transfers intellectual property rights from professional to Client.
